Client Terms & Conditions

 

1) Carl Matthew Charlesworth trading as The Dog Magician will not be held responsible for any kind of injury to any person or dog.

 

2) In the unlikely event that the dog trainer is unable to attend on the agreed day due to illness etc, with permission, a new date will be agreed.  

 

3) The client agrees that if the dog trainer is threatened, abused verbally or physically by anyone present at the training session, then the dog trainer will be entitled not to continue, without penalty. All Fees will remain payable by the client.

4) The client agrees to allow Carl Matthew Charlesworth of THE DOG MAGICIAN full access to their dog(s) and to allow Carl Matthew Charlesworth to provide them with proven training methods, advice and the tools to continue training their own dog(s)

5) The client understands that this is a way of life and for continued success, it is up to the dog owner to continue training their own dog(s) with the knowledge provided.

6) The client understands that all advice and guidance is provided in good faith and that in the unlikely event of any incident, accident or damage caused to or by the owners dog(s) under any circumstance, either during or after the assessment and training, no liability will be attached to Carl Matthew Charlesworth or The Dog Magician.

 

7) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

8) No client amendments are to be made to this contract without consent of The Dog Magician.

I, Carl Matthew Charlesworth of The Dog Magician take full responsibility for any injuries that the owners dog(s) may cause to himself, and hereby revokes rights to sue the owner.
